Terms of Service
Last updated July 30, 2026
1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Graphsky, a service operated by Graphsky Inc. and available at graphsky.app (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" refers to it.
2. The Service
Graphsky is an AI-first collaborative canvas for mapping and evolving software architecture. Teams diagram their services, data flows, and C4-style hierarchies in real time, then branch, checkpoint, and merge architecture changes the way developers branch code. AI sits at the core — from importing an existing codebase into a living diagram to chatting with any part of the system — so your team keeps one shared, always-current picture of how everything fits together.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at hello@graphsky.app if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
4. Your Content
You retain all ownership rights in the diagrams, architecture data, nodes, edges, comments, and other content you create on or import into the Service ("Your Content"). You grant Graphsky a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to provide and improve the Service. You represent that you hold the rights you need in any code, repositories, or third-party materials you connect to the Service.
5. AI Features
Parts of the Service use artificial intelligence models to power capabilities including codebase import, per-node chat advisors, architecture querying, and design suggestions. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete and is not a substitute for your own engineering judgment. AI features consume credits according to your plan; credit allotments and consumption rates may change with notice. See our Security overview for how code is handled during AI processing.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to host unlawful content;
- probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without authorization;
- reverse engineer, scrape, or bulk-extract the Service or its data;
- interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service; or
- resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent.
7. Plans and Billing
The Service is offered on Free, Pro, and Team plans. The canvas itself is free — credits meter AI usage only. Payments are processed by Stripe, and we do not store your full payment card details. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled; you may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.
8. Intellectual Property
Graphsky and its licensors own the Service, including its software, design, and branding. These Terms grant you no rights in the Service other than the limited right to use it in accordance with these Terms.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, with notice where practicable. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 4, 8, and 10) survive.
10. Disclaimers; Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Graphsky will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability arising out of the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will give reasonable notice (for example, by email or in-app notice) before it takes effect. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of the Province of Ontario, Canada have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.
